We worked with Laine to develop an online graduate certificate that included nine 10-12 minute lessons. As relative novices in asynchronous online education, we leaned heavily on Laine for her expertise, and she did not disappoint. Laine asked questions of us to understand our vision for the certificate, offered a fresh perspective on the lesson content, and developed unique and effective ways to visually express the ideas conveyed in the lessons, all while being extremely responsive to our requests with rapid turnaround time for each iteration.
